Description St. Croix Hospice is a Midwest hospice agency whose mission is to deliver the highest quality hospice care. Our experienced staff treats patients, families and caregivers with dignity and compassion, creating an individual plan to care for patients anywhere they call home. The hospice care team includes skilled nurses, nursing aides, dietary counselors, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, chaplains, massage therapists, music therapists, bereavement counselors and volunteers.

At St. Croix Hospice, we guide patients and families through the end-of-life journey. Through compassionate care, we focus on our patient’s quality of life, empowering them to make the most of their time with dignity, comfort and respect. St. Croix Hospice provides hospice services to patients, their families and caregivers across 80-plus branches and 10 states — Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Hospice care provides comfort and quality of life for patients with a terminal diagnosis when a cure is no longer an option. The expert St. Croix Hospice team provides specialized care which supports the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of hospice patients, carrying out end-of-life wishes with dignity and respect.

St. Croix Hospice is able to expertly manage and bring comfort care to end-stage diseases, wherever a patient considers home. The hospice team includes physician services, skilled nursing, hospice aides, social work, spiritual care, bereavement, music therapy, massage therapy, pet therapy, volunteers.

Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. No St. Croix Hospice patient is denied care based on their inability to pay.
