      Pros

      - lovely patients - non management team was amazing

      Cons

      - high caseloads with little to no assistance from higher ups - lowest pay I've seen in hospice - toxic work environment - will fire you for little to no reason especially if within the grace period - MCS lied about employees to higher ups multiple times - admits more pts than they can support - admits on weekends and after hours on a regular basis, multiple STAT admits - no support during ICE raids despite territory being in the heart of minneapolis

      Good leadership/management Good benefits Good work life balance Great coworkers and company environment Ability to make more money by picking up on call It’s easy to take time off Company phone Opportunity to qualify for company vehicle

      Cons

      Weekend on call. We have to be back up every 8-9 weeks Lack of organization No structure for support. Company hires no PRN nurses and is limited to 1 LPN for support. Extra visits are expected to be picked up by case managers who already have a full load. Required to do an occasional admission Very large territory. Occasionally have to drive over an hour for PRN visits or admissions
