Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes are top-rated skilled nursing facilities with five locations across the State of Tennessee. TSVH offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term care options for honorably discharged veterans, veteran spouses, and Gold Star parents. The facilities are located in Murfreesboro, Humboldt, Knoxville, Clarksville, and Cleveland, with a new home in Arlington under construction. TSVH Executive Offices are located in Murfreesboro and all facilities are governed by the Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board.
