In 1991 we acquired McDonald's distribution center in Cleveland Ohio from Martin Brower. From 1994-2005 Built, operated, and owned international distribution centers for McDonald's in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town, South Africa. In 1998, we acquired Chipotle distribution rights for current markets, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. In 2007, we added second McDonald's distribution center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from Martin Brower. 2012, consolidated two distribution centers (Cleveland and Pittsburgh) to a new, state of the art, facility in Lordstown, Ohio. Was one of McDonald's largest and the most successful consolidation in their history. In 2013 we acquired McDonald's distribution center in Rochester, New York from Golden State Foods. 2014, we acquired Chipotle distribution rights for Western New York. 2017, we completed bun expansion for McDonald's in Lordstown, Ohio. In the fall of 2025, we are opening a new distribution center in Jacksonville Florida.
