Pros

Great Company. Great pay, treat you fairly regardless of who you are. Owner and management team are friendly and they have many perks. If you like warehouse work and want to work at a great company, I highly reccomend.

Cons

I am at the Jacksonville location which opened late last year,. They had mass hiring to open and are working out the folks that don’t work or don’t even show up. It’s getting better every day as they remove those bad apples.

Pay is good, but management lacks fairness and consistency

Pros

Pay is good but that’s really about it

Cons

My experience with upper management at Anderson-DuBose, specifically leadership originating from Ohio but physically operating within the Florida location, has raised serious concerns regarding fairness and consistency in employee treatment. Despite being present on-site, there appears to be a pattern of inconsistent accountability and disciplinary practices. From my observations, Black employees are often held to a different standard than their white counterparts, with similar behaviors or performance concerns not addressed equally across the board. This inconsistency creates a workplace environment that feels inequitable and undermines trust in leadership. Because leadership is physically present, these decisions are being made with direct visibility into employees and operations, which makes the perceived disparities more concerning. Employees expect that proximity would lead to better understanding and more balanced decision-making, yet that has not been reflected in practice. A strong workplace culture depends on fairness, transparency, and consistency. When policies and expectations are not applied uniformly, it negatively impacts morale, engagement, and overall team cohesion. There is a clear opportunity for leadership to take a more objective and structured approach to performance management and discipline. Implementing standardized processes, increasing transparency, and investing in unbiased oversight or third-party review could help ensure all employees are treated fairly and restore confidence in management.
