Description About Total Care ABA
Our Story
Total Care ABA was founded in 2021 with a heartfelt mission to provide exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities. Recognizing the profound impact that individualized and compassionate care can have, our founder set out to create a practice that delivers comprehensive support across various environments including home, clinic, school, and the community.
Our Growth
Since our inception, Total Care ABA has experienced significant growth. What began as a small team of dedicated professionals has now expanded into a robust organization with multiple locations and a diverse team of specialists. Our growth is a testament to the effectiveness of our personalized approach and the trust we have built within the communities we serve.
What We Do
At Total Care ABA, we specialize in providing customized ABA therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our services are designed to promote positive behaviors, enhance social skills, and improve the overall quality of life for our clients. We work closely with families, schools, clinics and community organizations to ensure that our interventions are consistent and effective across all areas of the client's life.
A national provider of ABA therapy, Attain possesses the unparalleled ability to equip parents and therapists with every tool, resource, and advantage needed to help their children unlock their true potential — starting with the most powerful and effective clinical expertise and training.
Beyond that, both parents and therapists draw on our robust backbone of coordination support, ensuring every partner in this journey is best able to deliver the level of care a child deserves.
Circle Care is the award-winning ABA agency paving the way towards better provider and client experiences in New Jersey & Georgia.
BCBAs should not be severely overloaded; they should be supported.
BTs should not be mistreated by supervisors; they should be given training and opportunities.
Clients should not be seen as a means to advance the company's goals; the company should be working to advance the client's personal goals.
Keeping in mind that there’s nothing children on the autism spectrum need more than the life-changing therapy YOU provide, we focus on taking care of our clinical team
If you’re given too many cases and are not supported, paid well, shown a path towards growth, and recognized for your work - there’s no way you can be the effective provider these children need.
That’s why I’m excited that you’re reading this.
Because here at Circle Care Services, you’ll find very quickly that
- We support you every. single. day. By providing materials, really hearing you, and constantly working to make your job more pleasant and fulfilling.
- We pay more than many agencies
- We NEVER overload you with cases!
- We have growth potential so you don’t need to see the rest of your life as sitting on the floor😉
Oh, and the training we provide our ABA therapists is second to none, so you can be assured you’ll work with the best and most confident.
We never pressure a BCBA to take on more cases. Adding cases is at your discretion and comfort level.
20 cases at one time spreads a BCBA far too thin.
Your maximum limit will be 12.

We don’t treat a diagnosis; we treat individuals. Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers are committed to reducing diagnostic evaluation wait times and providing personalized therapy for kiddos touched by behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges. We specialize in early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI), working with kids as young as 15 months up to 10 years of age. The goal of our care is to help these children blossom into their best selves.
The autism community did not always have the support that it has today, but in 2005, Hopebridge Founder and Chief of Clinical Strategy Kim Strunk sought out to change that. All because of one woman’s motivation for change, what started as one small center in Kokomo, Indiana has now grown into one of the largest autism therapy networks in the nation. Hopebridge is founded and led by a group of clinicians with a mission to serve the underserved, an impact we are proud to be delivering on.

#1 Referred ABA Company by BCBAs & RBTs
Golden Steps ABA employs Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), a distinction held by those individuals who have completed graduate programs in a related discipline, worked in the field of autism and passed a rigorous exam approved by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Many of our staff have achieved master’s degrees in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis. We carefully select each analyst based on education and skills. Our team is comprised of committed, friendly, and experienced analysts we believe can make a positive and lasting impact on our client’s lives. Our BCBAs are supervised by a senior clinical supervisor to ensure clients are receiving Golden Steps ABA’s gold standard of care.
FAMILY FOCUS
We believe in supporting the whole family and including them in the therapy. We want parents to understand what we are doing in therapy and know how to best support their family’s goals when we are not there. In addition to the BCBA and Behavior Therapist, each client has a family care coordinator that works with the family directly to ensure each client receives the best quality of service.
INDIVIDUALIZATION
Many children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) learn and react differently than typically developing children. Each child possesses their own unique set of strengths, challenges, and skills as well as a specific way of processing, socializing, and behaving. Therefore no one size fits all. Everything we do is customized to meet the needs and goals of each of our clients.
WHY WE DO IT
Our passion is to make a difference for your family and help your child grow every day. Every “first” matters in your child’s life – first communication, first expressions, first affection, or the mastery of a skill. We celebrate these moments right alongside you.
