The company would like to reaffirm that both our Indore and Gurgaon offices will continue to remain closed even after the Government releases advisory to allow people to work from office. We therefore would continue to work-from-home for at least 30 days after the lockdown is lifted. This is in line with our People First Commitment. The company is determined to ensure that all our workplaces, transport vehicles, basic infrastructure are completely safe & secured for our people to work without being worried of their safety, health and wellness. A complete SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), guideline document, policies and procedures for ensuring safe working environment would be issued and distributed which would act as the standard protocol for all our people to follow and operate. Our Senior Leadership Team do not want our employees to have to worry about their pay while dealing with other matters related to COVID-19. Locally, WM India’s Leadership Team is taking several measures to provide technology and support so that as many employees as possible are able to work from home. Work From Home will continue for the duration of the COVID-19.
