Very, very, very few good people The WM Logistics falls under WM which means good benefits WM is awesome and great company but not WM Logistics.
Cons
Managers have no respect to their employees. Managers create a culture of fear within any group, so you always think you are dispensable and you will be fired next month. The culture of fear that managers created, made employees have "no trust" to each others even within the same group, so we will be always hiding something. Managers implement “Zero” appreciation policy……just trying to be funny. Don’t expect “thank you” or “good work” or anything, you should expect someone else will be blaming you for your good work. You cannot voice your opinion if you say anything managers make you feel guilty that you said what you think is right. If you said the truth you will be in trouble, you need to deviate the truth to survive, which is bad for anyone. Managers want to get rid of the USA workforce and transfer it to India for “cost cutting”, which mean you will be as a USA based employees “in Texas or anywhere in the country” asked all the time to transfer your knowledge to India. Managers and maybe 95% of the employees are coming from a South Asian country, so no room for "Americans" or any other "Citizen/resident of America" to grow unless if you from their South Asian Country “I am not being racist” it breaks my heart to say that, but this is the truth. It is like have you own South Asian family business in the USA. I don’t think that WM Logistics is a healthy environment because you will be insulted, mistreated, bullied, intimidated which make you unhappy person and that will affect your life, health, and family.
