Pros

There are many pro's to working with AtWork. A big reason to why I choose AtWork is because of the career opportunities available here. My managers really take the time to train and teach the team and I valuable skills that we will need in the work force. They give us all the tools and training that we need to be successful, with recruitment or sales. It is also a very close, family like environment which I enjoy because it just shows that management really cares for us and treats us like family. I enjoy my job and that I get to find employment for people and provide them with consistent job and career opportunities.

Cons

There are no con's with working with AtWork.

Great company.

Pros

Flexibility in scheduling. If you can't work a specific day, just let them know and you're all set. Typically good group of people to work with as far as fellow flaggers go.

Cons

Communication isn't always there. Last minute schedule changes can sometimes fail to reach flaggers and companies aren't always in communication with the @work office.
