Pros

You'll likely get a job quickly if there are jobs in the area. If you need the money, and don't care what you do or what hours you'll be doing it, this is probably your place.

Cons

There's a reason that they don't really care about you, it's because they go through people so fast. The jobs they're hiring for are temp positions because they aren't ideal. You'll likely have no social life while doing this.

Pros

This is a company that provides realistic opportunity for professional growth and will pay for the training necessary to enable that to happen. They promote from within whenever possible further encouraging growth. While they also have generally tried and true policies in place they also encourage thinking outside of the box to explore new ways of doing things better. While it is a good size firm they still have held onto the culture of a family company where everyone is a person and not a payroll number. They have a strong ethical base of honesty even when it may hurt business.

Cons

There are times we work short-staffed in order to save money which can make things more hectic but otherwise there are no real cons.

Thank you for the wonderful review! In an industry that can be sometimes quite hectic, it is indeed good to work for a place where we're a person instead of a number.

A company of wasted potential

Pros

Little to no overtime (not the case for everyone though) Some great people work there

Cons

Everyone doing any kind of real work there will get paid pennies while the higher ups who only speak in meaningless buzzwords and can’t even convert pdfs rake in a ton of money. There were no performance reviews or annual wage increases, not even for cost of living. The company’s motto is “AtWork for You.” They like to say that means they’re at work for everyone- their corporate employees, their franchisees, the temps, etc. But they are only at work for themselves. The company leaders want to be thought leaders in employment but don’t even care to treat their own employees well or even decently. Expectations are high, while incentive is low. There is little to no upward mobility. Unless you’re in the c-suite’s pocket, it will be a dead end job for you.
