      Pros

      The people are great and enjoyable to work with. The culture of the company is very positive and uplifting with strong team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Due to it being a smaller company there is not a lot of opportunity for advancement and it can take quite a bit of time for those opportunities to come along.

      Everyone is willing to help if you have any questions. You can be yourself and you can still find they treat you like a big family! Giving others opportunities and making ways for job positions to those people who need to provide for themselves and their families is what I enjoy doing.

      Cons

      Better internet connection when it comes to our wifi! More advancement within the company.
