      Pros

      Christian ownership that always means well. Being in the middle is not the easiest position to be, and that's where staffing agencies are by definition, but AtWork always tries to do what's best for employees and clients alike. No company is perfect, but I have seen them fire clients for treating employees bad. Good, positive work environment that encourages integrity and the best in client service.

      Cons

      There are inherent cons just because we're a staffing agency, fair or unfair. As far as agencies go, AtWork is the best!

      Great branch level management, great customer service, and good to temp employees.

      Cons

      No marketing support, no name recognition, no deviation between their medical and personnel services market in California.
