Pros

Wasn't able to stay with company long enough to find any.

Cons

Unfortunately, the management and leadership have a superiority complex when they interact with new hires. While training with Jessica Kolkman I was subjected to unwarranted humiliation, bullying tactics, undermining, and excessive micromanaging. Legally this is classified as personal harrasment, and discrimatory because she would persistently go out of her way to disrespect African American trainees. If this employee's conduct continues she may not meet someone as nice as me, and cause the company to suffer legally.

Pros

the only pro is it work from home

Cons

management is racist and will not bother to learn your name after correcting them if you have an ethnic name. unrealistic sales expectations. they're supporting the current genocide in palestine. managers have no knowledge of anything and will ask you to reach out to someone else. very unfriendly environment. three chats at once back to back with an expectation of answering in 30 seconds. the pay is so low and you will definitely make more than your salary and be expected to make more for the company. there is no room for moving up in the company

Pros

The training support was really great. Always felt like I was trained and able to do my job

Cons

All internal teams chats are monitored by the company and if you say something that could be interpreted as negative feedback about the company they will target you for not living up to company values. Every time I mentioned having a bad day or struggling with things and brought this to my supervisor, I was met with 0 compassion. Also, pay was not competitive for the amount of work being done. Taking 3 chats at a time while maintaining proper stats is not feasible.
