Micromanagement in every aspect of your job. It’s endless and exhausting.

Pay is bare minimum. The bonus structure is a joke.

Thanks for the feedback. We'd encourage you to chat with the Director of the sales/service channel about the bonus structure. Maybe there's a better structure you've thought of that we haven't We are definitely open to hear it.
