Pros

I work with a team of people who love what they do. It's about more than selling contact lenses. I get to help create great experiences for a brand that customers love. We're constantly testing and finding ways to improve our customer experience. There is a good pace to the work. I'm given the trust to explore creative ideas that work toward fulfilling business objectives while improving the customer experience.

Cons

It can always improve, but I think it's up to each of us to surface the issues we want addressed. If there were strong cons, I wouldn't work here.

They do Actually Care

Pros

-They care about their associates, and are willing to try and help them succeed. -They go out of their way to make this a great place to work. -Lots of amenities like an on site grill, computers, and entertainment areas. -Successful company, constantly seeing year over year growth.

Cons

-The drive to be the best means a bit of a cut throat environment in some departments. Specifically during less busy times of the year. -Inconsistent standards between different areas of the company. Some departments are held to a gold standard while others just seem to coast by.
