Pros

I loved working here for a time. However when managers changed, our team received a manager who was NOT fair

Cons

Nepotism, friendships chosen over hard work, QA's goal is to take away your bonus. HR is extremely unfair. I was let go and the circumstances were extremely unfair. Best thing to ever happen to me. I hated the politics of kissing managers butt.

Work environment, subsidized and tasty cafe, lots of activities, onsite gym, new building

Cons

Software development practices that aren't improving, top heavy, silos everywhere, extremely complex and difficult release process, architecture team is dysfunctional.
