      Pros

      I have never worked anywhere longer than a year before coming to 1800 Contacts and now I have been here almost 5 years. They care about their associates and are constantly working to maintain and improve culture. Great upward mobility opportunities, and lots of upper management personnel that invest time to develop associates. I have a lot of trust in upper management that they are staying current and 1800 will continue to move the industry forward.

      Cons

      Each job has it's own drawbacks probably, but as a company I think they are really great. I would be sad to leave.

      Pros

      The constant care for the employees is noticed daily. Available training and seminars help to keep employees engaged and excited to be a part of such a great company. It's no wonder that 1800 Contacts has been in the "Best Places to Work in Utah" discussion year over year.

      Cons

      They only bring out the ice cream machine on special occasions...which is about every other week.
