Pros

Amazing environment with nothing but friendly people and approachable, kind management. You are given the power to go above and beyond to help customers which is rare for a call center!

Cons

Not very flexible scheduling, no unpaid time off in some positions (have to use PTO)

Pros

The managers and upper management truly do care about everyone. Despite being work from home, the culture here really is enjoyable and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure we all feel like a family. If you have a schedule concern they are so flexible to work with and have so many options as far as hours. I actually turned down another job offer due to thier glassdoor remarks and I am so thankful I did.

Cons

The bonus qualifications are quite a challenge yet attainable if you work hard.

The first company I ever worked for that cared about their associates' growth, an approachable leadership team, associates are hardworking and friendly.

Cons

Communication could be a little bit better and follow through on plans.
