      The company: continues to innovate on employee benefits. has a great growth mindset, continues to add market share, has promising irons in the fire, and continues to deliver for their customer.

      Cons

      With just about 1,000 employees there's not a ton of room for advancement at the top, but it makes this up with opportunities for personal growth.
