Pros

1-800 gets food trucks for the team atleast once every two months, the people that work here are extremely nice as well. The pay is literally what you make it, if you work hard you’re pay will reflect in it.

Cons

The hours can be a little strenuous especially when others call out.

Thank you for your review! We recognize that when we take care of our associates, they in turn take care of our customers. We appreciate how hard our associates work, and offer bonus programs and development opportunities to engage all associates. We will forward your feedback regarding workload/staffing to our Charlotte leadership, and invite you to chat with your manager or business partner if you have any ideas or suggestions. We also have to agree – the food benefits offered at our Charlotte campus are pretty great. :)

Extremely busy. Work/home balance may suffer at times.

Pros

I have never worked with a better group of people. In my role, I am fortunate enough to interact with associates in all areas of the company and I can honestly say that the company has done a great job creating a fun, respectful, and collaborative environment.

Cons

The Company is growing, so there are pains associated with that. However, leadership is great at listening and addressing concerns as they arise.
