Backstabbing culture and bad management

Pros

People are nice, until they gossip about you to anyone who will listen.

Cons

Managers are impossible to work with. I’ve tried raising concerns with my manager for weeks, but am always brushed to the side. People act nice so you open up, then tell everyone about what you said.

Pros

* Fantastic and enthusiastic diverse group of people to work with * No strict dress codes * Good benefits (obviously with contacts especially) * There's potential to move up * The managers actually care about their employees * Pretty fun team events

Cons

* Departments can be kind of siloed / don't always communicate well with one another (it's getting better over time though) * It IS hard work as it's the busiest and biggest distribution center they have * PTO takes a little too long to build up

Amazing company with amazing benefits

Pros

They have competitions and giveaways all year long! They are also very amazing at taking care of the employees. I love my job and I love that it feels like one big community instead of a job.

Cons

I honestly cant think of any cons other than waiting for 3 months after starting to request a schedule change and even that is fair.
