Pros

Flexible work schedules. Management appreciates employees. Management empowers employees to take care of the customers. This company takes care of their employees just as well as they take care of customers. Open Door policy. Management listens to the employees to make the company better, more efficient and a great place to work. Lots of areas to grow and employees are rewarded for a good job. I have been able to travel/take time off when I want and need to, using flexible schedule trades, time off points or PTO, which makes my life so much more enjoyable.

Cons

I have not found any CONS to this company, and I have been in the corporate work force for over 30 years! They welcome all ages and all walks of life!
