Thanks for the feedback! It looks like you were in our Customer Department. It's great to hear that flexibility and professional growth is something that you valued while you were here. This is an area we received a lot of feedback on in prior Glassdoor posts as well as engagement surveys. Although flexibility of time was a pro, it looks like there's still some opportunity based on the feedback on "micromanagement of time. " In our Customer Department our Workforce team is constantly trying to balance the needs of our associates with the needs of our customers. With the forecasting we do, we usually know exactly how many associates we need in the ques at any given time. As such, the workflow is pretty consistent and fairly constant. Understanding how many associates are on break, using personal time, in meetings, etc. allows us to provide the very best experience for our customers. We are constantly trying to balance the needs of our associates as well though. Constant micromanagement can lead to burnout which leads to unhappy associates. Usually when associates are unhappy, customers are unhappy as well. This balance is extremely important to us so we appreciate you leaving this feedback.

Pros

Flexible schedule Work from home Good benefits Monthly bonus

Cons

Pay could be higher for long term employees. I worked there for 12 years and my pay per hour capped at $18, although I still received a monthly bonus that was earned through qualifying sales numbers. When I hit 12 years I got a paper in the mail saying CONGRATULATIONS. Send me $1000 or something monetary to make me want to stay!!

Thank you! We have some ideas in the work primarily regarding compensation within our Customer Department. We expect to see some positive changes in this area within the year. The concept will be "pick your pay." You compensation will tie directly to your level of performance. So, whether you are with the company for 3 moths or 10 years, your compensation will be within your control.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this and for the many years of service. We are SO glad to hear you felt cared for and that there were opportunities for personal growth. The Customer Department is in the process of revamping our compensation structure so we expect to see some major improvements in this area within the next year.
