10y1-800 CONTACTS takes every opportunity to develop and promote within, where possible based on 1) company needs and 2) operational excellence from our associates. We have promoted 9 individuals in our IT dept this year and look forward to more in the months ahead. We also pay competitively so that our engineers don't have to worry about bonuses as the amounts are already built into base salaries.
