Pros

I've been with 1800 Contacts for close to two years and it was the best job decision I have ever made. I am a college student seeking a degree in business and not only have they been able to work with my schedule, and reimburse my tuition, but they have given me actually work experience in the department I am working to get a degree in as part of an internship. The career development opportunities are amazing and how the entire company works as a team and builds each other up makes for a pretty awesome work environment. We also take such amazing care of our customers so you are able to take pride in the work you are doing and build passion for the company.

Cons

With any company there are definitely opportunity's. Management and even senior leadership work so hard every single day to improve on those opportunities. They really take our suggestions as call center agents very seriously and then take action!

I have worked in multiple departments at 1-800, each requiring a set of skills that I needed to develop, every Manager has taken the time to develop and support me. -Super Family Friendly -The Caliber of People -Company Values -Professional Development -The People (seriously) -Continuing Education

Cons

-You have to show interest in development (tactfully) but once you do work hard.

Pros

This company values their employees and takes great care of them. If you want to work in a fun, exciting place, this is it.

Cons

Some of the downsides were just the mundane and repetitive aspects of my customers service rep job. It was fun talking to and serving people from all over the country, but at times the day would drag.
