Pros
I've been with 1800 Contacts for close to two years and it was the best job decision I have ever made. I am a college student seeking a degree in business and not only have they been able to work with my schedule, and reimburse my tuition, but they have given me actually work experience in the department I am working to get a degree in as part of an internship. The career development opportunities are amazing and how the entire company works as a team and builds each other up makes for a pretty awesome work environment. We also take such amazing care of our customers so you are able to take pride in the work you are doing and build passion for the company.
Cons
With any company there are definitely opportunity's. Management and even senior leadership work so hard every single day to improve on those opportunities. They really take our suggestions as call center agents very seriously and then take action!
