Pros

Great benefits and perks - leadership works hard to reward employees AMD include family in company events like the summer party, gym, and film festivals. It's great to work for a company that acknowledges and supports the fact that we also have a life outside of work.

Cons

It can be difficult to exit the parking lot at 5:00. There are limited access roads in and out of the business park. But, that is more of a reflection on UDOT that on the company.

We appreciate the call out to our awesome culture. We love our associates and their families and totally get that work and life need balance. The frustration with exiting the parking lot at 5:00 is a work in progress. The good news is construction is already underway on a new interchange at 600 West and Bangerter to reduce congestion and increase mobility in this area. Follow the project at http://www.udot.utah.gov/bangerter600west/. We value the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.

Pros

I love the work environment here! The management is great because they are very supportive of all their employees. They really put a lot of work into making each employee excel and whatever they wish. My co-workers are great because everyone works with a positive attitude and as a team. Lots of fun perks that show that as a company they really care about their employees to be happy.

Cons

The pay is just ok, I could get paid more somewhere else. The benefits are only ok. Sometimes the food in the Grille is awesome and other times its just ok.
