      Pros

      On-site fitness center w/ free membership; in-house cafeteria with healthy option plans; amazing culture and work environment; free fruit, bread, and drinks; free eye exams every year; great discounts on great products; lots of growth opportunities, as the company does a lot of internal promoting and hiring

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best, but relatively standard for a call center; it's a call center, so you're going to have angry/upset customers that are mad at you for things beyond your control;

      Pros

      the benefits are awesome. on-sight fitness center with free classes and personal trainers, cheap and tasty lunches, free breakfast, free drinks, good health insurance, discounted contact lenses, company movie festivals and more! the managers are informed and smart and seem to have a good sense of direction. the company really tries to create a community with the employees and they do a good job of that. i understand that the business deal with wal-mart has changed some things in the company but the changes are usually good and everyone is really busy now and there are lots of places to move up in the company.

      it's sometimes hard to get promoted when youre going to school
