The ceo just told us that “we know you aren’t being paid well enough. So now we will offer you a financial advisor to meet with” rather than just paying us more.. make it make sense

Each year as we review the results of our Employee Engagement survey we look for opportunities to provide more financial freedom and literacy to our associates. Based on the feedback we have received from our associates over the last few years, we have implemented Employee Ownership Programs which provide equity options and ownership to all of our associates. As part of our 2024 engagement survey, we asked our associates what benefits our organization could offer to improve their day-to-day lives. Based on the responses, we heard an overwhelming number of associates requesting how to manage their earnings. This jump-started the idea; can we offer financial wellness coaching to each employee? After the work of many, we have found a partner that offers tools and coaching for those looking to invest, pay off debt, buy a home, family planning, and much more. We hope this free tool will be a great resource for you, as well as many others! If you have concerns about your salary, we encourage you to share them with us.
