      not customer support, sales it's the most important part of the job and they WILL fire you if you don't get your sales up.

      lies,says customer service job but actually a sales job. if you dont have a certain number of sales- you will get fired. sales are monitored weekly with manager, as well as sales conversations.

      the company has a unique vibe and attitude and occasionally hosted fun events. there was a huge cafeteria area that offered a variety of foods to chose from

      underpaid, overworked, and undervalued. I wasn't making a livable wage and was given severe penalties any time I made even a slight mistake. the department I worked out of was an essential part of the company - if we stopped working the entire company would break down. and yet we were barely paid anything. asking for time off was a hassle and being even 10 minutes late lead to even more penalities
