1-800 Contacts truly values employees by providing excellent support (leadership, professional development, work-life balance, etc.) and benefits (competitive compensation, health, tuition reimbursement, etc.).

Cons

Traffic in Draper can make it difficult to get home.

Management is the worst. Unrealistic expectations required every month. They don't care about their employees at all. Only care about money and numbers.
