Pros

Easy job honestly, didn’t have to talk to customers on the phone which is always a plus.

Cons

They say it’s customer service but it’s 100% forceable sales. The management goals were so stupid. How do you penalize someone for not wanting to buy a years supply of contacts online?

Backstabbing culture and bad management

Pros

People are nice, until they gossip about you to anyone who will listen.

Cons

Managers are impossible to work with. I’ve tried raising concerns with my manager for weeks, but am always brushed to the side. People act nice so you open up, then tell everyone about what you said.

You will likely find some of the nicest, most hardworking agents

Cons

The agents get very little respect from upper management. Our concerns and issues within the company go unaddressed and they have failed to make any changes that actual benefit the employees
