Pros

People and benefits such as health care are fantastic. Most schedule are fairly flexible.

Cons

Starting salary, and capped salary or not realistic. Raises are very small and don’t meet cost of living.

Pros

They have free drinks and meals available for purchase Free gym

Cons

If you're not a super outgoing peppy person it can be nerve wracking. I had meetings about the tone of my voice not being friendly enough. My voice is naturally deep and soft. There's no break in between calls and they get weird if you go to the bathroom when calls are coming in.
