Pros

The workplace has lots of autonomy. We work with the latest technology. The team is great and there are a lot of very smart people. We work hard while here so we can maintain a great work-life balance. In the last 10 years I've had not a single overnight project. Time is allocated to work our creative and innovative solutions. The company spends a significant amount to help keep the engineers current in their skill sets. They do this through Pluralsight licenses, tuition reimbursements, sending people to conferences, internal training, brown bags, etc. You'll never have your skills go stale here at 1-800.

Cons

No a lot of mobility on the top, which is to be expected.
