Pros
This is seriously the Mercedes Benz of call centers. There is no micro management. You can be yourself on the phone. We are empowered to take care of the customer without having to put them on hold to 'ask a supervisor.' With an onsite fitness center, onsite grille (with highly subsidized food), tuition reimbursement, benefits, development opportunities, etc., this place is outstanding.
Cons
Don't get me wrong, it's not always sunshine and roses working in a call center. You can deal with some upset customers every now and then- but that's just part of the job. Plus the number of angry customers I've dealt with is no where in the ballpark of other call centers. For the most part, customers are amazing which makes the job fun and fairly easy.
