Pros

If you like playing games it is like being in preschool.

Cons

Too many to list. Just run. It seems like a great place to work for at first. The customers are mostly angry because they get lied to daily. They are only worried about the year sales they don't care about fixing the issues. They want you to offer them a year sale even if they can't get their original order in. Horrible.

Pros

The truth about 1800 Contacts is the fact that this has been best company I have ever worked for. Hands down! I could name off about a million different pros about this company but one of the biggest and most important one is their culture. They strive to make everyone happy at work and in your everyday life. Whether is be receiving tuition reimbursement so you can further your education, having an offsite work event so you better connect with the people in the company, or having them help you find your own career path and grow. 1800 understands life is not suppose to be worked away. Yes, working and working hard is important but so is having a fun fulfilling life outside of your job. I'm lucky to have been able to build myself in this company and enjoy working everyday.

Cons

There are times where I did have to fight for myself and make sure that my concerns were being addressed. Just know your worth and speak up when needed.
