Our Customer Service Representatives start at $15/hr and have the opportunity to earn an additional $6/hr, based on performance (inbound sales and customer service). To any potential candidates reading our response, we’d love to highlight some of the awesome perks and benefits our associates enjoy. (Yes, we provide remote work opportunities and computer equipment, but we offer so much more.) Our remote associates have access to our traditional benefits (health insurance, dental, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match, etc.) But they also can take advance of what we like to call our unconventional perks: free eye exams, 50% off contact lenses, virtual yoga, an incentivized wellness program, mental health resources (we get it, it’s stressful out there), our companywide recognition program, company events, and much, much more. Our team members who work in-house at our Draper campus enjoy access to our amazing onsite restaurant, complete with unlimited beverages and subsidized meals. Associates who live nearby are able to take advantage of our fitness center and our onsite vision clinic. We also have some pretty great people on our team who make meetings, projects, and social gatherings a whole lot of fun. To our former associate, we truly appreciate your service with our company and everything you did for our customers while employed with us. I realize that people would assume that I say this only because I am currently an employee with the company. However , that would be incorrect because this has been an awesome experience from the very beginning. I am in my 40's so I am no stranger to the workforce and hands down my experience from interview to now has been better than literally every other experience prior to this. The culture here is amazing. Never once have I felt like I was not supported or as if I was not prepared . Literally wish I had started here 20 years ago.

Cons

The only cons that come to mind are the fact that I cannot travel back in time and just start and end my career with this company. I thus far have not had an experience or situation that I would consider a con. I really do love it here.
