Pros

-Hybrid workplace -On-site catering -Good CEO -On-site gym -Good benefits -Overall tone of the company is positive -Good work/life balance

Cons

Honestly, I think overall there aren't any cons of working here, at least on a macro level. Individual teams have more heartburn than the company as a whole.

Pros

They do have benefits available, but they become available incrementally. Not unheard of.

Cons

Very juvenile environment. Managers, but no leaders. They also show favoritism when it comes to assigning workloads.

If our people ever have concerns or frustrations, we encourage them to reach out to their manager or business partner. They are also welcome to reach out to any member of our People Department should they feel more comfortable speaking with someone outside of their immediate channel. There are a number of great benefits and perks that we offer, many of which are available starting day one. These include but aren’t limited to awesome discounts on contacts and eyewear, company events, social media giveaways, an incentivized wellness program complete with free virtual training, dedicated, licensed therapists – available to our associates at no cost, and even free cereal, beverages, and snacks in our break rooms. We also offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, and tuition reimbursement. We're proud to have a comprehensive employee-ownership plan where every associate receives equity options and shares in the success of the company. We've also recently extended our leadership development programs, increased our career and personal development opportunities, and supported work flexibility as many of our associates have shifted to a hybrid or fully remote work schedule.

Fun culture low pay

Pros

it's got a fun culture and they award those that do a good job.

Cons

Some in management would get too ocupied with other tasks to provide. Compensation is pretty bad too.

Thank you for your review. We are always looking for ways to improve our associate experience and will definitely pass along your feedback to our compensation and benefits team. We will continue to assess our pay, bonus structures, and benefits package to ensure we remain competitive and take care of our people. And, good news! Our Draper building has reopened, including our 20/20 Grille, Wellness Center, and vision center! Our goal is to offer as much choice as possible when it comes to where and how our people work. Many of our non-operations associates have chosen to work a hybrid schedule and are in the office part of the week and at home the other days. While a majority of our Customer Department has opted to primarily work remotely, associates in this department do have the option to work in the building if that is a better work environment for them. To any of our Customer Department associates who have an interest in working at our Draper building, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or business partner to discuss options.
