Our leadership team understands this and prioritizes open communication. We offer regular platforms for our employees to learn about our technology and products as well as ask questions about our company goals and long-term strategy. To deepen relationships and encourage transparency, our CEO has launched monthly scheduled townhalls and roundtables, a CEO Snapshot Slack channel highlighting accomplishments over the previous week, meets directly with every new hire, and regularly attends our social events.
