Pros

1010data is a great balance between small enough where you can have your voice heard and take the lead on projects, but big enough where you're not owning and maintaining an entire end-to-end workflow. Everyone is extremely supportive, and growth in the company is attainable if you put in the necessary work.

Cons

Not many cons. Work between groups is often siloed, causing programmers to often create code that's already been developed. Management has seen a lot of churn recently, which has resulted in a somewhat unclear company roadmap.

Cons

A 20-year old "startup" that had gone through its days of ups and downs. In some areas it is catching up with bigger competitors. In other areas it is trying to leverage its strengths to grow. Like startups, it can be resource constrained in certain areas
