Not all departments are as friendly (Many introverts) but you should know that since they're in the analytics space.

Social committee was great, snacks were premium, overall work environment was positive

Cons

Management was a complete train wreck. A very old company stuck in old ways of doing things, like having a dress code that permits skirts for women but not shorts for men. The company hasn't innovated in at least a decade and are now being left behind.
