Pros

The new format for our Town Hall meetings is a game changer. Strategy and execution are more clearly and regularly re-defined and communicated. It’s a welcome breath of fresh air in such a fast paced environment and fosters a more collaborative and trust-based culture. I know more about what is happening with different business areas and the impact of the work I am doing. It’s a way more scalable, and frankly enjoyable approach.

Cons

The pace can be a bit intimidating. Teams should be held more accountable for correcting even the slightest operational inefficiencies in order to help us scale.

Great work environment - people are awesome, collaborative environment, plenty of resources and everyone has an excellent attitude. The work is also very rewarding and it feels great to be a part of a business growing so rapidly. You' re well looked after here.

Cons

Cannot think of anything really. It's not a huge blue chip company, but that's not a con for everyone
