Literally a death magnet for a software engineer. Their tech stack, wtf? no applications in real industry. Their development process? pretty sure its just write a bunch of code and deploy when you feel like it. no product managers, no structure, no real future plans for expanding the product. in fact, their tech is so isolated and unlike anything else in the software engineering world (not in a good way) that i don't think they use a single piece of open source software. that might sound cool, no dependencies is a pretty good thing, but not when you find yourself reinventing the wheel for every tool that a good software engineer relies on. bottom line, this is where your career dies if you go here for software engineering.

Management has no idea how to actually run the business. It's a common refrain on this site for a reason. The people they like are promoted to positions they don't deserve, the people they don't are under-appreciated, underutilized, and overworked. Not nearly enough resources are put into product development and therefore the technology is not keeping up with the market which slows the growth potential. Marketing doesn't have a clue how to promote brand awareness. Finance can't invoice correctly no matter how many people they hire. And Sales keeps people around who don't sell while firing people who do.
