      There's candy when you walk in

      Cons

      - Favoritism - No room for growth - HR lacks communication - Manager also lacks in response - Bonus also decreases if you get any - You don't get to meet people who work for the company besides the people who are on your team, so company parties are very cliquey

      Pros

      You are surrounded by positive energy all day long. Friendly environment You learn a lot from everyone around Good chances of Growth They provide everything to you which would make you successful.

      Cons

      I don't exactly see any Cons in the organization. The only thing which is bad is my commute but they turned into a Pros as they gave me flexible times to beat the traffic.
