Pros

I've been working for 1A Auto going on 6 months now. I am continually impressed with the companies willingness to think outside of the box. They empower employees and give us the resources that we need to be successful. I might still be in the "honeymoon" phase of employment but I am hopeful to be here for a long time.

Cons

The screening/interview process was a little cumbersome including a personality test.

As long as you are a hard-working, motivated, eager to learn individual, there are several growth opportunities with the company! Benefits are amazing. Everyone you meet is so friendly and welcoming. They notice and appreciate your hard work.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any cons. I heard of 1A Auto from a family member and when I decided to leave my last company I reached out to 1A Auto and I have been so happy about that decision.
