I’m sorry to hear that you feel hard work and talent is sometimes overlooked. However, we are currently working towards an implementation that involves a more detailed way to review our employees. Pros

-CEO cares about the employees as well as the town they're located in. -Great HR department; Always finding new ways to improve quality of work environment. -Real sense of comradery between employees, many of whom have been employed with 1A for several years. -A lot of potential for growth within the company.

Cons

No smoking on site? This isn't really a con but it could be for some.

more than just a parts company

Pros

The company has an entrepreneurial spirit despite rapid growth, which makes this an interesting tech company and not just a parts company. The people are very smart and very interesting. Great work/life balance.

Cons

The current building isn't that great but when we move in a couple of years to the new building things will be much better.
