Pros

Great health benefits! Company gets involved locally with their community. There is always something going on monthly for associates looking to get involved. Continual training sessions. Great co-workers. Holiday party is AWESOME!

Cons

Bonus structure for consultants needs to be ironed out so that Jr. consultants can reach the goal.

Pros

Great company culture. People here expect and rely on one another to bring their expertise to the table and help generate ideas. Overall fantastic benefits package! Have in house training for all employees. Also a lot of recognition for achievements. Probably the best work-life balance in any NE Ohio company.

Cons

Overall there are not a lot of cons to working here.

Pros

They have great benefits, employee only has to pay little bit for medical. Great Christmas party with 80 in tv as grand prize. People are great and every month there is events.

Cons

Not enough work for managed services. Senior consultants take all the work and Junior consultants sit there with nothing to do. Bonus is bad for junior consultants since no work.
