Awesome employee engagement! Fantastic benefits and investment in its people. The leadership team wants to grow and develop their team members to optimize their success. Great place to work!

Cons

As with any organization there may be undesirables for some but nothing that should detour good talent looking to grow in a dynamic organization.

Pros

The company does a great job training new sales reps and helping them ramp up to reach quota within first 6 months. Great support from the marketing team with lead generation and literature campaigns. The work/life balance is excellent and you wont find a better benefits program anywhere.

Cons

The overall compensation from commission & base salary is in line with industry standards, but the structure of the commission plan forces the salesperson to leave money on the table at times.
