Zero trust. Pay doesn't even come on time. Told to lie to customers in order to make sales. Used equipment going into new orders. No benefits. The owner spends every penny of profit on himself, his boat is made for the ocean but the company is based out of Minnesota. The employees are told they cannot have raises and no benefits as the company cannot afford it at this time, although boats and other personal items are being bought weekly by the owner. The business is made to look like a very trustworthy and great growing company but the truth is that it is far from that. The owner promises everything but not one promise is kept. The owner wants a centralized chain of command, nobody reports to anyone but him and it is very hard for him to manage a couple of things at once. It is always someone else fault at this company and the culture is so negative and tense. Everyone is always waiting for the boss to walk around the corner and start yelling at someone. The business is not kept up, the owner does not spend any money on maintenance and the place is so filthy that you will want to bring an extra set of clothes to work with you to change into before you leave.
