-Opportunities for growth (a lot of companies promote this as means to attract talent, but here at 1Password regardless of how long you have been with the company there are opportunities to grow within your department or even transition to another team within, and you see this a lot here.) - There is a great and supportive culture where we come together to celebrate one another achievements. Whether you hit monthly target. celebrate your work anniversary, birthday, or someone was promoted on the team. There is a genuine feeling of love, empathy, and support. - For being 100% remote I was surprised to see how well we do as a company to stay connected, and their are periodic meetups (activities) with other employees in your area. - Upper management is very humble and approachable. They welcome your ideas. questions, and willingness to reach out. Everyone has a voice. - There is a lot of flexibility with your schedule and managers are willing to work with you.

I started here in August and have absolutely nothing bad to say so far! Maybe I'm still in the honeymoon phase but truly - everyone is so nice, passionate about the work they do here, growing together, and being helpful - the list of good things to say is long. I feel inspired about work again and want to grow with this company! They are constantly improving and even more importantly - listening and asking for feedback.
