      Pros

      The company is currently in a high growth stage which means there is a lot of change but also a lot of opportunities for growth. They are actively investing in their people and whilst not always getting things perfect they are trying and iterating. The work itself is interesting, and incredibly pertinent given the state of the internet. There are deep challenges to solve and get stuck into. The people are amazing, my own team is filled with both incredibly talented people but also incredibly nice. There are very few egos here amongst your peers.

      Cons

      Lots of growth means lots of changes and finding of your feet. Some teams lack structure but also we keep iterating and improving so I'm hopeful that will change over time.
